This silver conductive adhesive is a two-component system with 100% solid content. It provides very low shrinkage, excellent electrical conductivity, excellent bonding strength, aging resistance, and a fast cure rate at lower temperatures. It also has excellent long-term heat resistance up to 120C and short-term resistance up to 170C. This product is a widely used tool for many electronic applications.
